Daunya Emory-Jackson, LMT
Every body carries its own story, and each person experiences life in a unique way. My approach to massage is rooted in listening—listening to the body’s wisdom, noticing its changes, and supporting balance through intentional touch.
Why I do what I do is simple: massage saved my life. In 2011, I was in a severe car accident that left me with a broken back—nine shattered vertebrae—and unable to feel from the waist down for several months. With the help of a dedicated massage therapist, I began the long journey of healing and re-connection with my body. That experience changed my life forever and inspired me to walk this path of service. Every day my appreciation for massage continues to deepen, and I am grateful to now share its healing gifts with others.
A little more about me: I am a proud auntie, and my nieces and nephews are my heart. Born and raised in Tucson, AZ, I find joy in spending time with my family/friends, hiking, skydiving, and exploring the beauty of the world through travel.
